In honor of Hip-Hop turning 50, we are celebrating this historic event by releasing our collaboration shirt with anime artist, YoungGO. He has recreated some of the albums in Hip-Hop that made a lasting impression on us.
The borough of Queens produced many hip-hop emcees, but arguably none bigger than L.L. Cool J. He dropped his sophomore album "BAD" in May 29, 1987. At that time, it was his biggest project and became an instant classic.
From L.L.'s high school in the backdrop, to the famous Audi 5000, YoungGO captured the vibe and we believe that this piece (like the album) will become an instant classic.
